  • You initiate the return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available if:

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

    a return or exchange.
  • Return Authorization (RA) or Exchange Authorization (EA): Our team will review
    your request and, if eligible, provide you with either a Return Authorization (RA) number
    for returns or an Exchange Authorization (EA) number for exchanges. Please include this
    authorization number with your return shipment.
  • Pack and Ship: Safely pack the rubber stamp product in its original packaging,
    including any accessories or documentation. Include the RA or EA number. You are
    responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return or exchange is due to an
    error on our part.
  • Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return or exchange, we will inspect
    the item to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If all conditions are met, we will
    process your return or exchange promptly.

Refunds and Replacements

  • Returns: If you requested a return and it is approved, we will process a refund to your
    original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to reflect on
    your account.
  • Exchanges: If you requested an exchange for a defective or damaged product, we will
    ship a replacement to you as quickly as possible. If the product is no longer available, we
